Because delivery takes 7 to 15 business days, we recommend ordering by 1 December for Christmas delivery.

Yes! Every order to Denmark ships with tracking and usually arrives in 7 to 15 business days.

Prices include VAT, and import VAT is paid before your parcel ships, so you shouldn't be asked to pay anything on delivery. If a carrier ever asks you for a fee, please contact us before paying and we'll sort it out.

You'll see the total in your currency at checkout, and your bank handles the conversion if needed.

We recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth, or hand washing in cold water with mild soap, then air drying. Musical plushies contain electronics, so spot clean only.

Sizes are measured end to end and can vary by 1 to 3 cm. See the size guide on each product page.
