Shipping
We ship worldwide, and every order comes with tracking. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Customers in Denmark see all prices in Danish kroner at checkout. Orders outside the EU may be subject to local import duties and taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.
Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to return it, without giving a reason. To do this, send us a message through the contact page with your order number before sending the product back.
The product must be returned unused and in good condition. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the product arrives faulty or is not what you ordered. We refund you using the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.
Faulty products
If your plush arrives damaged or faulty, contact us with a photo and we'll sort it out at no cost to you.
